A very high standard
Sterling Construction were incredibly professional and positive with their approach in carrying out their work. The organised way the projects are managed has been first class. Work was done on time, as per programme and to a very high standard. One attribute that stood out to me was their attitude to Health and Safety which is always positive and proactive, Their operatives and sub-contractors are fully trained to carry out their duties and highly knowledgeable.
Excellent attention to detail
Sterling Construction worked with us from the outset, with involvement in the architectural and design stages and with regular crucial contributions to detailed design issues as the building progressed. They demonstrated excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality at every stage. They also provided technical creativity when thinking through specific aspects of the build, resulting in features being both structurally sound and aesthetically pleasing. They used reliable sub-contractors when required who they knew well and were regular members of their overall team, and who shared their commitment to quality.
